Add oil & onions.
Sauté until golden brown.
Add garlic & ginger.
Add beef & brown.
Add tomatoes, green chili, yogurt & spices.
Cover & cook.
Add peas, green chili, salt & water. Cover & cook.
Add more spices & cilantro. Sauté. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice.
