Make a flax egg by mixing flaxseed & water.

STEP 1

Add yogurt & oil to the flax egg.   Mix to combine.

STEP 2

Add yogurt mixture to the dry ingredients. Knead.

Divide dough into six balls.

Roll out naan.  Sprinkle with nigella seeds.
