Pakistani Fried Beef Patties
Grind whole spices into a powder.
To pot, add ground beef, chana dal, garlic, ginger,
red chili flakes, & cumin seeds.
Add salt, onion, ground spices and water. Cook and reduce.
Evaporate moisture and allow mixture to cool.
Combine onion, green chili pepper, cilantro & mint in food processor. Transfer to a bowl.
Process cooled beef and lentil mixture in food processor.
Combine chopped onion mixture, beef and lentil mixture & an egg. Shape and make patties.
Deep patty in egg and shallow fry.
