Ingredients

EDIBLE GUM

FLAXSEEDS

SEMOLINA

FLAME OF FOREST

FOX NUTS

COCONUT

PISTACHIOS

RAISINS

GHEE

ATTA

ALMONDS

JAGGERY

Roast almonds in ghee until lightly golden. Remove & set aside.

STEP 1

Roast walnuts or mixed nuts until lightly golden. Remove & set aside.

STEP 2

Add more ghee & roast edible gum crystals. Remove & set aside.

STEP 3

Add ghee and roast fox nuts for 4-5 minutes.  Remove & set aside.

STEP 4

Roast raisins until puffed up. Remove & set aside.

STEP 5

Lightly toast coconut.  Add flaxseeds & mix. Remove & set aside.

STEP 6

Toast flame of forest for 2-3 minutes. Remove & set aside. Wipe pan clean.

STEP 7

Add ghee & roast semolina until golden. Remove & set aside. Wipe pan clean.

STEP 8

Dry roast atta until golden. Remove & set aside.

STEP 9

Coarsely chop fox nuts in food processor. Remove & set aside.

STEP 10

Coarsely chop nuts & edible gum crystals. Remove & set aside.

STEP 11

Combine all prepared ingredients in a bowl.

STEP 12

Add ghee, if needed.  Sweeten with jaggery.
