15-Minute Egg Bhurji
Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk.
Add cilantro and salt to eggs. Whisk to combine.
Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and sauté.
Add garlic, green chili and salt to pan. Sauté.
Add spices and stir for 1 minute.
Add tomato and sauté until softened.
Pour whisked eggs into pan and stir until set.
Granish with cilantro and enjoy with any type of bread, paratha or roti!
