Wash, soak & drain basmati rice.
Sauté onions in oil & ghee until golden.
Deglaze with water. Add garlic, ginger & whole spices.
Add boneless chicken & salt.
Add tomato, green chili & rice.
Add water & salt. Stir & submerge in water.
Pressure cook on high for 6 minutes.
Serve with raita!
