Chicken Puff Pastry

Ingredients

Boil chicken in water with spices & garlic.

STEP 1

Boil down until water has evaporated. Shred chicken.

STEP 2

In a pot, heat butter & oil. Add cumin seeds, onion & green chili. Sauté.

STEP 3

Add flour, salt & pepper. Cook for 1 minute.

STEP 4

Add milk & cream. Simmer.

STEP 5

Add shredded chicken & cilantro. Mix.

STEP 6

Apply egg wash to puff pastry sheet & cut into squares.

STEP 7

Add chicken filling to each square. Fold over pastry & seal with a fork.

STEP 8

Brush top with egg wash and transfer to a baking sheet. Bake until golden.

STEP 9

Serve warm and enjoy!
