Ingredients

Sauce

Chicken Marinade + Coating

Stir Fry

Marinade chicken in soy sauce, rice vinegar, baking soda, salt & cornstarch.

STEP 1

Whisk together ingredients for dry coating.

STEP 2

Whisk together ingredients for Manchurian sauce.

STEP 3

Toss marinated chicken in dry coating.  Fry chicken & set aside.

STEP 4

Sauté green onion, garlic and ginger for 1 minute, Add green chili & sauté for 30 seconds.

STEP 5

Stir in sauce and simmer. Add chicken and toss to coat.

STEP 6

Garnish with green chili and sesame seeds. Serve with rice.
