In a food processor, chop onion, cilantro, mint & green chili.
Add garlic, ginger, egg & chickpea flour.
Add lemon juice, spices and salt. Process to combine.
Shape into meatballs and set aside.
To a pot, add oil, whole spices and onion. Saut
Add garlic, ginger, tomato, green chili and yogurt.
Add spices and salt. Saut
Add water & boil. Reduce heat & add meatballs. Cover & cook.
Gently stir. Cover & cook. Add garam masala & cilantro.
Tastes delicious with naan & a boiled egg!
