Ground Beef Skewers
"Amazing recipe, worked out perfectly."
Toast cumin & coriander seeds. Cool slightly & grind to a powder.
Finely chop onion, cilantro, mint & green chili peppers in a food processor.
Combine ground beef, onion mixture, salt, garlic, ginger, spices, & papaya paste (optional).
Knead beef until it is a stringy texture. Shape the kebabs.
In a hot skillet, add oil & fry kebabs for 6-7 minutes.
