Chicken in Pickling Spices
To hot oil, add fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, nigella seeds & cumin seeds.
Add onions. Saut
é until lightly golden. Add garlic & ginger. Sauté.
Add chicken. S
auté until chicken changes color.
Add salt, tomatoes and spices.
Sauté. Add water & bring to a boil. Cover & cook.
Sauté to remove extra moisture. Stir in whisked yogurt.
Stir in lemon & green chili peppers. Garnish with cilantro & ginger.
Enjoy with naan!
