Grind the Rice

Pulse to grind the rice about 10-12 times, or until the consistency resembles steel cut oats.
Bring milk, half & half, and cardamom to a simmer

Once it comes to a simmer, add rice.
Select the Porridge setting, with a timer set for 20 minutes on High Pressure.

Allow pressure to naturally release.
Sauté and add sugar and condensed milk.

Sauté until the mixture reduces down slightly, depending on how runny you prefer.
Add optional garnishing.

Add kewra or rose water (if using) and stir. Garnish with nuts, if desired.
