Chicken Curry with Coconut Milk
Heat coconut oil in a pan and add whole spices.
Add onions. Sauté until lightly browned.
Deglaze pan with water. Mix in ginger & garlic.
Add green chili & tomato. Once cooked, add potatoes, bell pepper and ground spices.
Mix ingredients in pan. Add chicken and sauté.
Add coconut milk & yogurt. Mix & bring to a boil. Cover & cook.
Uncover and allow sauce to thicken. Garnish with cilantro.
Serve Chicken Curry with Coconut Milk with rice and enjoy!
