In a skillet, add whole spices and toast.
Roughly crush toasted whole spices & dried pomegranate seeds.
(Optional) Toast corn flour or chickpea flour in a skillet.
To the ground beef, add ground seeds, toasted flour & the remaining ingredients.
Knead mixture until you get a stringy texture.
Method 1: Form 1/4 cup of meat into a ball. Place in skillet & flatten with spatula. Fry.
Method 2: Form 1/4 cup of meat into a ball. Use your hands to shape into a patty and fry.
Sprinkle with ground coriander & cilantro. Serve with mint raita & lemon.
