Cauliflower & Potato Curry
In hot oil, sauté cumin seeds and onion.
Add ginger & garlic. Sauté. Add tomatoes.
Add ground spices & salt. Sauté until oil separates from tomatoes.
Add potatoes, cauliflower & green chili.
Mix, cover & cook until vegetables are tender.
Add soy sauce, garam masala & lemon juice. Mix.
Garnish with cilantro and serve!
Enjoy with naan and a dollop of yogurt!
