Prepare the ice water.

STEP 1

Boil down tea leaves with water, spices, and baking soda. Occasionally, use a ladle  to aerate the tea.

STEP 2

Add cold water, milk + half & half, salt, & sugar.

STEP 3

Allow to come to a boil.

STEP 4
